Zeno’s architecture streamlines the shopping experience to a single screen itinerary that connects your travelers from pick-up to drop-off. All elements of the itinerary are unified, so if you change the selection to a different outbound flight time, Zeno will intelligently update other items like your rental car pick-up time.
Zeno’s AI driven personalization engine gets to know traveler preferences. It refines thousands of travel options to a single suggested scenario for each trip based on travel patterns, preferences and corporate travel policy.
If the suggestion are on target for this trip, then a traveler or travel arranger selects express checkout and they’re just a few clicks away from a completed booking.
For each mode of travel, Zeno personalizes the experience by presenting a suggested “shortlist”, to dial down distraction and streamline the shopping experience. 93% of bookings are made from the suggested options.
Users can easily toggle between Suggested Shortlist, comparative Grid View or an exhaustive List View of all options.
Zeno learns your display preferences and will default to that display for future travel bookings – it does this automatically, no need to amend your settings.
